About Brenda Woodward

I grew up in Northern California, spending my time exploring mountains and soaking up coastal views. After earning my Marketing degree in Minnesota, I swapped the cold for Arizona’s sunshine in 1999, and I’ve been loving it ever since! I proudly serve my hometown of Fountain Hills as well as Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree and surrounding areas, guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’ve built some amazing friendships along the way. When I’m not working, I love showing out-of-state clients what makes Arizona special—from the nearby mountains to enjoying the vibrant arts scene. There’s nothing better than sharing the joy of calling Arizona home!
