About Robert Snyder

Rob spent years as a Phoenix-area appraiser and is currently a licensed loan officer in Washington and Arizona and that background changes everything about his approach to work.

Most agents are just good at selling but Rob is good at the numbers as well. He knows how homes are valued because he has spent years doing exactly that. He has a deep knowledge of how lenders think, what they are looking for, and where deals fall apart. When he is building a contract strategy for a buyer or helping a seller price their home, he is not working from instinct alone but from a foundation most agents in this market simply do not have.

Rob relocated with his family from the Pacific Northwest to Anthem in 2020. He built everything here from the ground up, his friendships, his church, his business, and a new life. That experience taught him something important about what it means to really show up for someone who is in the middle of a major transition. He has been that person, and he does not take it lightly.

When he is not working, he is on the golf course. He takes the game seriously and he brings that same approach into every transaction. Preparation matters. Strategy matters. The details matter.

Rob is a proud veteran,  dad, grandpa, and a baseball and NFL fan who believes that the best deals come from the best preparation. That is how he works.
