Trish spent years in mortgage lending and running operations teams before she ever had her real estate license. What that means for you is that she understands this process from the inside. The timelines, the paperwork, the details that other agents miss because they have never had to live inside a transaction the way she has. She is the person on her team who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, because she spent her career building the systems that catch things before they do.

Trish moved her family from the Pacific Northwest to Anthem, Arizona in 2020. They did not know a soul. She started from scratch, found her community, her church, built friendships, and grew a business she is genuinely proud of. She knows what it feels like to make a move that changes everything and that is what she brings into every client relationship she builds.

Outside of work she is lifestyle content creator. She is convinced shopping is a hobby and not an addiction. Her love of style, beauty, home décor helps her make a house feel like the home you would want. That side of her makes her a better agent, honestly because she notice things; she thinks about how spaces feel, not just how it looks on paper.

Trish is most proud to be a mom to two boys, Tanner and Jace and grandma to two boys, Tucker and Bruer. She is a diehard Seahawks fan NFL fan, and someone who believes that how you do anything is how you do everything. Real estate included.
