I have been in real estate, homebuilding, development, and distressed real estate for the past 20 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Finance from Arizona State University and worked on my MBA at the University of Phoenix. My real estate career has evolved over the years including flipping residential homes, wholesaling, listing and selling residential real estate, buyer representation, buying & selling distressed properties, REO's, asset manager representation, BPOs (both commercial & residential), executive management, commercial sales & leasing and the new home construction industry. I’m motivated to help others and grow positive business relationships; I can manage all areas of the real estate business and enjoy enhancing my skill set and education. I have been in senior management with large corporations (Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Forecast Homes, and Hacienda Builders) and have been the CEO of my own companies for the past 13 years. I am an industry leader and have received many awards and certifications including a “Life Achievement Award” for reaching sales over $52,000,000.
My passion is my family (my wife and 4 kids). I have done lots of volunteer & non-profit work. I am the former board president for Girls on the Run, a non-profit prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect & healthy lifestyles through running. I am a past member of the President’s Club for the Tempe YMCA. I have directed several fundraising efforts including the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer, Southwest Community Network, Team in Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), the Melonhead Foundation & Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, I was a head coach for Kyrene Jr Aztecs Lacrosse team for several years. I have completed 7 Ironman competitions, over 100 triathlons, endurance events & ultra-marathons. I currently enjoy long-distance running, mountain biking & endurance sports.
