About Wyndie Whitney

Wyndie Whitney is a fourth-generation Verde Valley local who grew up in Cottonwood and has deep roots throughout the region. 

Today, Wyndie works with buyers and sellers throughout the Verde Valley and the Prescott Quad-City area, including Cottonwood, Sedona, Clarkdale, Camp Verde, Cornville, Rimrock, Prescott, & Prescott Valley. Her approach to real estate is grounded in clarity, strategy, and honest guidance. She is known for straightforward advice, thoughtful pricing strategy, and helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.

Wyndie holds several professional designations including ABR®, AHWD®, C2EX®, and Certified Master Negotiator, and previously served as President of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS®. She remains active in industry leadership because she believes supporting the future of real estate in Northern Arizona matters just as much as serving the clients who live here.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find her cooking with music on, planning a trip, scuba diving when she can, or sitting around a fire with friends and family.
